Preparing for a QHHT® or Past LIfe Regression session is a very exciting time. You will be preparing for an amazing journey that will be life-changing in so many ways. Each session is totally unique, and there are some practical steps that you can take to ensure the greatest experience possible.
Your QHHT session is a profound experience designed to bring healing and clarity through communication with your Higher Self. Here’s how to prepare:
1. Prepare Your List of Questions
One of the most important aspects of a QHHT® session is preparing a list of questions you’d like to ask your Higher Self. These questions can be about anything,...your life path, health, relationships, or spiritual growth are great places to start. Keep it concise: Aim for no more than 10 questions to ensure the most important issues are addressed during the session. Write your questions clearly, as I’ll read them aloud during the session.
2. Open Your Awareness to Your Higher Self
In the days leading up to your session, spend time connecting with your Higher Self through quiet reflection, meditation, or simply repeating affirmations like: “I am open to receiving guidance from my Higher Self.” Setting the intention for clear communication will help open the channels for a more profound experience.
3. What to Eat and Drink
Arrive at your session with a clear mind and a high vibration. To achieve this, eat light, healthy meals (fruits, vegetables, whole foods) in the day or two leading up to your session. Avoid alcohol and limit caffeine on the day of your session, as these can interfere with your ability to relax deeply. Stay hydrated, but avoid drinking too much water an hour before your session to ensure comfort during the hypnosis.
4. Physical and Mental Relaxation
If you enjoy yoga, stretching, or meditation, incorporating these practices before your session can help you calm your mind and body. Engage in relaxing, joyful activities the day of your session, such as reading, listening to uplifting music, or walking in nature. Avoid anything stressful or emotionally taxing.
5. Rest Well
Get a good night’s sleep before your session to ensure you’re well-rested and able to focus and relax deeply during hypnosis.

Past Life Regression sessions are an incredible way to explore how past lives are influencing your current life. These shorter sessions require less preparation but are just as impactful.

3. Eat and Drink Lightly
Eat a light, healthy meal before your session and drink water, but like with QHHT, avoid too much water right before the session to stay comfortable during the regression. Limiting caffeine is recommended to ensure you can easily relax.
4. No Need for Questions
Unlike QHHT®, no questions are needed for Past Life Regression sessions. Your subconscious will guide you to the past life most relevant to your current experiences.
5. Prepare Your Session Space (For Virtual Sessions)
If your session is virtual, ensure you have a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. Set up your phone or computer with the meeting link I’ll send you, and make sure the audio and video are working properly. Have your One-Page Session Report ready to fill out after the session, which I will provide in advance.
